DIEM + DIEM CBD RETAIL STOREFRONT/HEAD SHOP

INTERIOR DESIGN, RETAIL DESIGN

At 1038 Commercial St SE in Salem, OR, this retail space is the stylish younger sibling to the flagship Diem dispensary next door at 1040 Commercial St SE. This cute curio serves as the premiere brick-and-mortar location for Diem CBD, where you can learn more about the full catalog (including Diem shirts and hats!) from a CBD specialist and all kinds of helpful info cards. My goal was to take many underused Diem assets and reappropriate them in an airy, curated space that feels more like an art gallery than your typical head shop. All in all, I planned out the exact store layout, bought/assembled/staged all products and furniture, and set up all paint jobs using a projector, tape, and stencils.

TECHNOLOGIES USED:
Paint, elbow grease, and several trips to City Liquidators and Ikea!
